There is no fee to move your traditional rental deposit to Whale for a current lease.

Renewals

There is no fee when renewing your current lease.

New Leases

Whale charges a one-time processing fee (2% of the rental deposit amount) for every new lease signed. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with securing the rental deposit for a new lease.

There are no other fees to use Whale. That means there are no fees for ongoing account management, account closure, withdrawals/transfers, or anything else.
